Gray skies can get in the way, but they aren’t always grounds for cancellation. We offer a number of enhancements such as sky replacements to improve the quality of your photos if something should interfere. It’s not the end of the world, but we generally prefer to shoot when it’s nice out.

Because drones are light and intricate, they don’t go hand in hand with bad weather such as rain, mist, and strong winds. The pilot will judge if flying is safe or aerials shouldn’t be taken, in which case we will attempt to reschedule the shoot. To avoid this, we advise you check the forecast before the date of your appointment and adjust as needed.

Twilight shoots are available as add-on enhancements for real estate photography & videography services. Just please be sure to let us know in advance, because they are in high demand.

Your presence isn’t necessary as long as our photographers have instructions on how to access the property, which you can note during the ordering process. Make sure to get your property ready and ensure nothing is in the way – more information located in the next question.

We’ll send you a guide to guarantee that your property is ready. In general, make sure the home looks uncluttered and nothing obstructs our photographers from taking the best photos, because we appreciate cleanliness as much as you do.
